Here is the job description, it will move relatively fast, it is a back fill for a developer that left on Monday.

This individual will be responsible for User Interface work on enterprise-class applications. He will support a large (10+) team of developers with user interface development. Must be self-motivated to seek out and do what is best for end-product quality, and must be able to drive towards excellence without direct supervision. Must create pixel-accurate prototypes of existing design mockups, including graphics, HTML and CSS. Must also be able to integrate that prototype code into code pages for the application, and work with and guide other developers who will be doing it. Other responsibilities include graphics creation, information architecture, user experience, requirements visualization, etc.**

· 2+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop (or similar tool)**

· Experience with browser-compatibility issues, sensitive to IE6, 7, 8, Firefox**

· Must be able to hand-code HTML/web pages (in their sleep …zzz)**

* *

· Ability to work on a large team with strict deadlines**

- 7 to 10 Years of technical testing or web development experiencewith recent experience involving performance testing or performance engineering.

- Knowledge of performance test automation tools and effective implementation techniques.

- Specific experience and competency using HP LoadRunner to create and execute performance tests, and analyze and report results.

- Advanced knowledge/experience with design and development of performance tests using LoadRunner

- Experience with deploying/maintaining web applications.

- Knowledge of HTML, JVM, JSF, Weblogic, WebSphere, JBoss, and related technologies.
