*Project duties *will include: development of user and functional requirements documents, defining user requirements, identification of data requirements and sourcing (to/from interfaces), developing reporting and dashboard requirements and mock-ups, and defining end user query requirements.

*Job Requirements: * Explain essential knowledge, skills, education & experience required to successfully perform the job. Excellent written and verbal communications a must. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field with minimum 4 years work experience. Minimum of 3 years developing solutions with heavy design experience. At least 2 years working with projects from inception to implementation. Working knowledge of a formal Systems Development Methodology. Job Purpose/ Description:

. Understands security and hardening standards for networks, especially CISCO based networks; understands firewall, proxy, virtual private network (VPN) and remote access security. . Reviews systems and networks for security vulnerabilities. . Assists management in coordinating business area activities and balancing workload. . Serves as SME on Security analysis, policies, standards, and procedures. . Leads the evaluations of systems and procedures to ensure the protection of information processed, stored or transmitted in a multi-platform environment; ensures their compliance with internal SOX, SAS70 and audit regulations and requirements. . Identifies the most complex Security risks and exposures. . Determines the cause of complex Security violations at the highest technical level and suggests remediation procedures to prevent / halt future incidents. . Develops timely and effective communications regarding the most complex Security issues, policies, standards, and procedures to advance Security awareness of IT groups and business partners. . Leads efforts to develop and implement Security policies and procedures (e.g. user log-on and authentication rules, Security breach escalation procedures, Security auditing procedures and use of firewalls and encryption routines). . Tasks and Responsibilities:

. Responsible for day-to-day review and approval of firewall and proxy change requests. . Regular collaboration with third party network service provider and internal engineering resources. . Completely adept at understanding and managing Security issues across business applications and infrastructure components; detailed knowledge of key Security components for applications and infrastructure facilities. . Adept at understanding operational nuances across multiple key business applications and critical components. . Excellent knowledge of all relevant regulations and auditing requirements. . Stays current on Security-related products and technologies through a variety of sources such as training, independent research, and involvement with standard-setting and cross-industry groups, etc. . Excellent understanding of Security best practices and how they apply to the organization. . Excellent communication and analytical skills. . Strong technical and problem solving abilities. . Strong leadership skills. . Leads staff in order to execute projects. . May serve as back-up for manager.

Required education/experience:

. Master’s degree in computer science or the equivalent combination of education, technical designations and work experience preferred. . Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Security. .
