* Position Description:* We are looking for a Lead Business Consultant Analyst with experience in Internet banking or retail banking projects.

Note: Ignore Suite Mapping. This is an internal mismatch. We are looking for expertise in internet banking / retail banking.

*Who are we looking for?* – Ideal candidates would have* 12-15 years of experience* as leading into a Lead Business Consultant of which the immediate last 5 years should have been in a bank or financial services company. Candidate should have executed atleast 5 projects with banks and financial services companies. The projects must have been executed in *Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks. Experience in smaller banks will be considered* – if the project is correspondingly complex. – Experience in executing *atleast one online banking project is expected.* Alternatively, should have executed multiple projects in one of more of the following: retail banking, mortgage banking, lending / card related or corporate banking projects. In-depth functional knowledge of Retail Banking (Deposits, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Auto loans, etc.). The person should be an expert in 2 of these products both from a sales and servicing side. – Should be comfortable with interacting with senior management teams – business and IT. Must have engaged with these teams in atleast 2 of the previous projects. Must be able to move from strategic level conversations to execution level conversations. – Must have led the requirements effort for atleast one transformational engagement – “change the bank” project. – Must understand the current trends in retail and online banking Candidate should be looking for *a career with Wipro.* This position is beyond a short-term contracting position.

Education background: Ideally a management graduate. Else, should have done an MS / MCA/ BS / BTech will be considered only if they have correspondingly higher experience levels (15 years)
