Position: Senior Cognos Report Developer with Report Studio and Framework Manager

Our client requires a Senior Cognos Report Developer with Report Studio and Framework Manager skills for a high-profile project. The project involves enhancing a Customer 360 dashboarding solution with drill through capability into various Customer touchpoints. The solution is developed using Cognos Report Studio, with Oracle summary tables and/or materialized views providing performance support. The developer needs to be able to develop or enhance Framework Manager models and Report Studio reports as required, with direction from DW/BI Architects, Cognos experts, and database leads within the organization. The developer should have the right level of communication skills and ability to obtain detailed requirements from business analysts as needed and should be able work independently with little guidance. An intermediate level of project management skills is required.

Lead Hyperion/ Brio Developer –
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6+ months
Rate: $55/hr. all inclusive
– Skills: expert in Hyperion/Brio, OBIEE, advanced dashboard and report development using Hyperion/Brio, must be strong in technical and people skills – will mentor staff – Immediate tasks: complete migration from Hyp v8.5 to v11 (ideally has done this before), implement first dashboard and set up templates to model

Informatica Developer
Location: Boston
Duration: 6 month All Inclusive
Rate:$55/hr. all inclusive
Sr. Information ETL developer
– Position is open (to backfill a developer who left), but resumes are low – Do you have any options for a contractor with right-to-hire? – We want someone very skilled in Informatica (could be both an ETL dev and Informatica admin)
*Position Requirements and Qualifications*
– As a part of the Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Team, implement technology improvements, monitor and support Grand Circle’s Enterprise Data Warehouse environment – Support existing and implement new ETL programs using Informatica Power Center and Informatica Power Exchange against the Oracle 10g Data Warehouse – Contribute to technical and system architectural planning and the design and development of innovative solutions for the business – Work with vendors and internal associates to resolve technical issues – Provide on-call support of the Data Warehouse nightly processing – Maintain technical and user documentation
· At least 5 years experience supporting Data Warehouse environments and 10 years working in IT
– Advanced experience required in Informatica Power Center, Informatica Power Exchange – Advance Oracle database skills including PL/SQL, packages, procedures, indexing and query tuning
– Solid understanding of Data Warehouse design theory including dimensional data modeling – Experience writing and executing UNIX shell scrpts – Experience using Hyperion/Brio, OBIEE+ and OLAP tools – Proven individual contributor and team player with high communication skills – Provide coverage for off-hour support, approximately once every three weeks – Ability to thrive in change by having a fast, flexible, cooperative work style and ability to reprioritize at a moment’s notice. – Bachelors degre
