Skills Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 3 -5 years related experience.
Demonstrated ability to work well with others, support customer service and team building efforts
Previous experience on IT-focused engagements preferred. MS-SharePoint experience desirable
Effective communications skills with strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
Ability to work well with individuals at varying organizational levels
Effectively uses project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Project
PMP certification or Microsoft certifications
Job Description:
The Component Deployment Analyst will function as an integral member of the HSPD-12 deployment team providing expertise and support in the areas of:
§ Training and customer support – providing Component support for badging and usage of the USAccess System, for DICAM training and system support and for the development Component presentations, road shows, training materials, documentation, etc.
§ Data analysis and reporting – working with Component demographic, applicant and geographic mapping data
§ Process analysis and process improvement development – assisting in the design of Component and group methods and procedures
§ Business requirements generation and tracking – supporting Component usage of the DICAM application and its extensions at DOJ
Project management and status reporting – manage discrete project tasks, assist in preparing a variety of Component and management reports.
