Client is moving from Siebel ICM 7.8.2.1 over to the legacy commissioning platform. Assist with application development, if needed, and with the integration project. They do not anticipate having much in the way of application development since we are changing platforms. The critical need is to have someone that can research questions on ICM payments while we reconcile over to the new system.
