1. *Three (3) Positions Available – Business Analyst*

- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
– Work with client personnel to identify required changes for the impacted systems. – Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. – Participate and lead meetings with end users and technical staff to understand business needs, existing functionality or regulatory rules. – Accurately prepares written documentation that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, and professional. – Act as the liaison between the Development Team, the Quality Assurance Team, and Internal Clients. – Review development results prior to the submission of changes to the Quality Assurance Team
– Assist other team members and related groups as needed. – Experience with collecting and writing detailed requirements. – Ability to work with end-users on understanding issues and the business process in order to formalize if the system works as designed or if there is a system issue. – At least 4 years experience writing code fix requirements.
