Job Description & Skills:

Senior Business Analyst / Procurement PMO

Job Description The Senior Business Analyst / Procurement Manager will assist and drive project management efforts across the Non-Merchandise Sourcing organization. This position will interact directly with project sponsors, business & development teams, and executive management to communicate status, mitigate risks and address all scope, timing, cost and performance changes.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads cross-functional teams in procurement system implementation and post-implementation issues

• Schedules, leads, and reports on project implementation team meetings

• Manages project plan, timelines and deliverables

• Monitors and reports on progress of the project to all stakeholders

• Manages and presents reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

• Provides analytical / project / tactical support for procurement initiatives, including but not limited to support for RFIs, RFPs, RFXs

• Implements and manages all project changes and modifications to achieve required goals

• Acts with a sense of urgency in assessing business impacts of decision resolution and acts accordingly; escalates problems appropriately to resolve

• Works with multiple internal and external business partners and functional teams on issue identification and resolution, including but not limited to IT, HR, Finance, Procurement and Business Operating Units

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent, is required. PM certification and indirect procurement experience preferred.

5-7 years of relevant experience. Experience in leading financial systems / T&E implementation (Concur, corporate card) and retail industry experience preferred.

• Proven history of being able to influence and drive results

• Strong sense of ownership, urgency and follow through

• Strong influence to enroll and align cross-functional teams

• Critical thinking and problem solving

• Initiative ? ability to work independently and take charge
